Broker - Robert Lee
Robert’s first involvement in real estate began when he started doing property turnovers for his mother in the late 1970’s. After graduating from the University of Texas he became an onsite sales agent for Bill Milburn Homes opening the Anderson Mill West subdivision. Thereafter he started his first company called Expert Carpet Care growing it into one of Austin’s largest carpet cleaning, water and fire restoration, and floor covering companies in Austin. Clients included The Driskill Hotel, Camp Mabry, and over 150 apartment complexes. During the later 1980’s he moved to New York and worked in the plastics resins industry as a product manager for Formosa Plastics, as a plastics and chemical trader for both domestic and international customers with Marco Polo Intl and Soloman Brothers. He was asked to return to Austin to take over the family business in 1991 and returned to help manage the family investments and grow Lee Properties into the successful management, leasing, and sales company it is today. In early 2000, tired of purchasing properties on the open market, he decided to start building his own investment properties, Over the last 10 years Mr. Lee has, as principle, designed, built, and owned over 60 million dollars in real estate projects in the central Austin area. Projects included, land development, subdivision development, condos, student housing, single family, multifamily and commercial properties. He is an Eagle Scout, 3rd degree black belt in the International Shuachio Association, competing overseas in tournaments such as the National Taiwan Competition hosted in Kaoshung, Taiwan, and a scuba diver.

Co-Owner, Sales and Leasing Manager - Emily Lee
Emily Lee started her career in Austin with Lee Properties in 1993. Throughout the years she has had the opportunity to gain experience managing properties including but not limited to commercial, multi-family, residential, HOA’s and new construction projects. She was involved in an $8 million development and new construction project in South Austin. Managing from the point of raw land development through construction, leasing, sales, bank relationships, and creating the HOA and then moving the HOA to the new owners. Her experience began in 1993 of managing agents in both leasing and sales dealing with multiple agencies including Lee Properties. Dedicated in her field, she is a licensed REALTOR, member of the Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Board of Realtors, National Board of Realtors and the MLS. Property Manager - Lisa Alexander
Lisa has over 18 years of management experience. She began her career in 1990 in retail management. In 1997 she started managing construction projects in Austin including remodeling, water extraction, re-roofing, siding and mold remediation. Lisa also has extensive knowledge in the repair of historical homes to insure their historical endorsement. Her experience led her to assist in database development and training for a nationwide property management software company that is both recognized and recommended by IREM. In 2005, Lisa managed buildings for both Tramor and Dennis O’Connor Properties with multi-family ranging from 90 units to 150. Lisa currently oversees management of our Lee Properties’ Portfolio. Assistant Property Manager - Crystal Gonzales
Crystal began her career in warranty management, overseeing 300 high-end homes and managing their warranties from inception to completion. She has learned many aspects of construction through her experience. She joined Lee Properties in 2008 to oversee the maintenance team and was promoted to Assistant Property Manager in October of 2010. Accounting - April Swartz
April began her career in the Property Management field in 2006 with Lincoln Harris and Lincoln Property Company. This company manages a national commercial real estate portfolio of over 90 million square feet. During that time she helped oversee the functionality of several high rises while also working on obtaining her RPA designation through BOMA. She also learned many aspects of the management field by assisting the Property Manager and Chief Engineer at that office. April joined Lee Properties in 2010 to oversee the accounting. Office Coordinator and Manager - Teressa Vervalin
“Tess” began her career in the office management field in 2004. Working as an Office Manager, Office Coordinator and Executive Assistant at multiple corporations. She joined Lee Properties in 2010 to oversee the office and assist both the Broker, Robert Lee and the Sales and Leasing Manager, Emily Lee.
